Hi there, I have been using crickles ( https://crickles.casa/navigator/) to monitor cardiac fitness alongside Strava. And it's been great. But since April it has stopped providing any info on sustainable levels (my LTHR is now zero apparently). I've dropped them a couple of emails but unusually no response.
Anyone else having similar experience?

Mine is fine too. I'm surprised you haven't had a response to emails. On the odd occasion I've had a problem Ian has been back to me pretty quickly.
