I purchased some new square taper Funn cranks a few weeks back and had to remove them last weekend. The threads in the crank arms were full of paint and my removal tool struggled to get a decent grip in there and so stripped what threads there were 🙁
Upon telling CRC i had an email saying they didnt need to see the cranks and would issue a full refund or send out replacement cranks. Excellent service and it just reminds me why i always use them.
