After a bike but seller can't be at home for collection so I'm looking for a company that will let him drop a bike of at a depot. anyone done this before?

If he's friendly with his LBS they may help?
I did that once with an ebay purchase, phoned a bike shop local to the seller and paid them to box it up and ship using their courier - so he only had to drop it off.
UPS take parcels from my local shop - think My Hermes have something similar. Don't know about size limits though, sorry.

Yep looks good for parcel force - but too big for drop off at post office.

UK Mail seem fine with it. Take a high vis with you when you drop off. Fill paperwork on line first.
