Following on from some threads of mine and tohers here, I've decided to give a counsellor a go before making some big life decisions.
Picked a couple off the internet and left messages for them to call me. Is there anything I should look for or ask about with a counsellor?

Some will offer a free inital consultation, go along, see if you could work with them and take it from there.
