Hi all, anyone able to fill in the below survey for my wife? She needs the data for a case study she has to do as part of her degree. (She is doing it in HR so please be nice 😉)

She will love me that little bit more if I can get her up to 50, or ideally 100, responses. Currently at 39!

Does her methodology allow for 60+ percent grumpy old blokes ?

Priority box is open to misunderstanding imo
Office worker centric too, not everyone writes code in a star wars tee with last nights Chinese still on the front

Had a look and made a start. But it all seems about changing jobs/rolls and I've been doing my job for 38 years.....

Done but I’m not really the target audience, I plan to never have another interview again if I can help it.

Can she spare five minutes to report her findings back here when she's finished?

Thanks all, got to the magic 100. All feedback most appreciated and thanks for scoring me some brownie points.

Cougar - happy to send you the case study once she has written it if you would like to see results

Did it. I'm not sure I'm helpful. In teaching remuneration is structured and known about but sometimes it's worth having outliers to the norm.

Yes please.

Cards on the table, I'm also interested in this not being a one-way process. Almost weekly someone joins one of several Facebook groups I'm in going "I'm doing a school / college / university degree project on board games / escape rooms / [insert group topic here], could you fill in my survey please?" Everyone goes "sure, happy to help" because we're nice like that.

I then ask if they can share the results because, y'know, I'm genuinely interested in the topic, that's why I'm here. They reply "yes, of course!" Then having got what they wanted they invariably disappear back off into the ether never to be heard from again.

It's different in this case because you're a long-standing member rather than "you appear to have just signed up to ask..." of course.
