Can anyone recommend a holiday cottage , close to a good beach in cornwall, 2 bedrooms, nice views etc?

Not cheap but excellent views, location, facilities. Google carbis bay holidays, any apartment in Carbis Beach Appartments, esp ground floor with the decking is good. Spent last 4 summers here, carbis beach is great, 4 minutes train ride or 20 minute walk into st. Ives. My 3 year old walked it!

Not cheap but very nice. Poss too big for 3 though.

(animal friendly, they even let some of the business come)
Widemouth bay within 5-10 minutes drive, then Crackington Haven further south and Duckpool and Sandymouth further north. Bude within about 10-15 mins for shopping and a few more beaches.
