Alternately, there is Angela Viney conveyancing (next to Tanz), though I have no idea of their quality. I used to live above there and my pipes leaked into their office, causing serious damage to their ceiling, so I owe them a favour.

We used Finn Gledhill in Hebden Bridge. Don't know how they compare price-wise to others but they were very efficient and helpful and we had no problems so would happily recommend them.
