[Closed] Considering importing a baby trailer

Got my eye on a Chariot one, they are significantly cheaper in the US naturally. I could perhaps use one of my sisters in law as a mule, since they could well be coming over with their own kids, but I read (on some other forum) that the import duty on prams was only 2.7%. With a reduced rate of VAT it only works out about £90 to stay on the right side of the law.

Anyone else done this? Or do people know if Chariot trailers count as prams (since they are prams too) and if the rate is really 2.7%?
