Bear with me - bit of a tv numpty.
Have BT's Youview box, BT homehub, aerial cable and crappy old TV on one corner of the living room.
Bought new TV (Sony with wifi) which is going on the other side of the room.
Whats the least hassle way of connecting the TV to the Youview box? Have solid/stone floors with wood flooring on top so cant hide cables underneath.

Move the TV next to the other boxes
other than that, you need to run a HDMI cable across
Can you go out, along and back in?
