looking at putting up a big double garage on the side of my house. this will be for bikes, workshop and man cave duties.

concrete sectional looks like the most cost effective way of doing things, but is there any reason why i shouldn't go for one?

it will be insulated and lined, so hopefully condensation shouldn't be an issue and i'll be going for one of the posher ones with brick fronting so it shouldn't look to council...

any thoughts, suggestions?

ta!

will be less issue with concrete garage over brick, as at least planning won't assume i'll convert it to a bungalow!
