Panasonic tz series. I've got a tz3 pretty decent burst mode for bike shots. You'll get a more recent model for £100 though (2nd hand). Dpreview.com a good site for reviews.
I recently bought a Lumix DMC-FS18. I think it was £109 but I am sure it could be had for less.
My main criteria was that is was small/slim, which it is. But my other compact is a Lumix and IMO they are as well made as any and have good lenses
Bought my wife a Nikon S3100 for her birthday, great little camera.
Could offer you my TZ7 for £100... Comes with (somewhat crushed) box and accessories, barely used- just wasn't the right camera for me, I wanted something more pocketable so ended up getting an Ixus instead. I do like Ixi.
