I have a background in teaching and special needs, put in a speculative application for a commissioning manager post for Children's services in the LA and have an interview next week. Its been a while since I had an interview outside of teaching / education (15 years at least). Any advice greatly appreciated and in specific anything around commissioning if anyone works in this area.
