Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this. I had mine removed about a month ago and am still struggling to ride with a rucksack on. There seems to be a couple of points which cause a very sharp pain. Hoping someone tells me it's to be expected and it'll get better - else I'm going to be shopping for a bum bag!!
