I mistakenly assumed that a Chromebook would run Google Play and bought one for daughter 1 for Christmas. Struggling to find anything to install.
So, any tips or downloads to consider? She likes the Minecraft and Roblox type games.
Also it does seem to have the Play app installed now(didn't yesterday) but I can't seem to add my account to the machine. Hoping this rectifies itself though.
If its a brand new Chromebook its should run android apps

Some models do, there is a list. Check if it's on there and then update the OS. After that I could install Google play.
Netflix for offline viewing is good. Can't get prime video app to work, lags whatever content you play.
