Apart from the one on Main Street, which is closed this week

Fryer Tux on Highgate, opposite Bargain Booze, at the bottom of Gillingate is passable if required , but the better option IMHO is Stramongate Chip shop, just over the bridge,

PS The chippy in Staveley isn't great TBH
