..in NZ, does make you realise they have some sensible things going on with penalties. Such as:
You drive deliberately to spin your tyres = you loose your car for 48 hours.
You commit all sorts of offences and until you pay the fine, you loose your car.
etc etc
(yes this is me believing crap telly...)
