The 'gratuitous self-pity' thread.
I've been coming down with a cold all week, this is day 1 of "man cold" and I feel like death warmed up.
My nose is perpetually running, I'm halfway through my second box of tissues (seriously, how can one head hold so much snot?), I've hacked up half a lung (and most of last night's tea), I ache all over, my brain feels like (fun)spongecake, I'm sweating and shivering, and I'm working from home as I'm not fit to drive. Oh, and for added lack of shits and giggles it seems to have rendered me constipated. I'm feeling thoroughly dejected, miserable and generally sorry for myself.
So, please, post up something fun or amusing to cheer me up. Your cool plans for the weekend, jokes, photos of a rabbit with a pancake on it's head, whatever you've got that might encourage me to CTFU.

Actually, the thought of banning a bunch of people for a couple of weeks has cheered me right up.

I'm not upset no need to chill any more than I am, its just my opinion that moaning about a cold in perspective of whats going on elsewhere at the moment is a bit trite.
