...are they any good or do you really just get what you pay for?
Looking at things costing 3 or 4 quid for a HTC Desire holder and just wonder if that'll be 3 or 4 quid down the drain - anyone got any rec's??
I've got one of these which I'm happy with.

Mounted on the dash, Samsung Galaxy S (so not HTC) but it's a universal mount...
I've got a 3GS holder from from eBay bolted to an existing Brodit mount in the car. Cost £1 delivered from china. It's perfect. Also have a bendy windscreen mount in the other car, similarly cheap. Perfectly useable.

Word of warning, thieves are targeting cars with evidence of sucker mounts on windscreens. If you get one, make sure you clean the screen off when you remove it.
