There's a reason for that. Its going to get through a lot of AA's, 6-8 decent ones for a Samsung phone!

If you plan on using it more than once then that anker one above will work out cheaper and probably lighter than carrying a bazillion AA's to charge your phone in the middle of nowhere.

I understand the limitations but I've got a gazillion AA rechargeables lying around, seems criminal to buy even more lithium when I'd got so much sitting about under-used.
