Chain for a small kids quad

A friend at work has a small electric quad that his daughter rides. Sadly it has snapped its final drive chain.
Its about 61cm long.
He brought it to me as he stated it was a bike chain and wanted me to rejoin it. Well, its too big for my park chain tool, and it has proper rivets that would need grinding off. He doesnt know the make of the quad.
Where can we source a chain? Its 10mm from the outside of one outer plate to the other, ind its 4mm inside the inner plates. From centre to centre of the pins it is 8.0mm and the gap from one roller to another is 3.3mm
Can anyone help with any sources?

as I understand it (and I may be wrong) that makes the pitch 8mm
