I have had the radiators coming on with the hot water for a long while. I recently had the 3 way valve changed when I had the hot water cylinder replaced for leaking. Unfortunately the radiators are still coming on with the hot water. Any other things I could check?

your valves locked open in the manual position or its wired wrong and is staying in the mid position..
