I love my old Surface Snugflex softshell hoodie: nice and soft on the inside, softshell on the outside, water resistant enough for showers, casual enough to wear down the pub, all whilst being nice and cheap. However it's been re-waterproofed in the tumble dryer one time too many and it needs replacing, but obviously Surface are no more and disappointingly Fabric are staying away from clothing despite their name.
Does anyone have any suggestions for something else similar?
Update: the new Howies Deckard hoodie ( http://www.howies.co.uk/mens/clothing-2/jackets/men-insulated-deckard-hoody.html) ticks most of the boxes apart from cost and colour: blurgh green and blurgh grey are not good.

I've nothing useful to add other than that I too have a Surface hoodie and it is indeed ace.
