Anyone lease one rather than buy a new car every so often??

Currently i run a C2 which ive had from new its 7 years old now and the OH keeps mentioning little people (im sure she isn't on about my height) watching 5th gear last week really like the look of the new focus 1.0 eco boost version, to buy looking at £370 a month after 3 years pay a chunk or leasing its less than £200 a month same sort of options at the end of 3 years keep and pay value of car or swap for another.

Anyone do this?? or are there any hidden pitfalls or things i should think about??
