There's £30 difference between my renewal quote and a 'new' quote, both with Admiral.
Any tips for getting them to beat the 'new' quote when i call them?
Just ask them. They usually do. Best to try a few others too
Hi Chris. In my experience with Admiral they are great and you don't need to play games with them. Just tell them the above and I bet they will reduce your renewal to match. Even better, get a couple of other quotes from other insurers as back up 🙂

But do not lie, as often they can only match if you send them a copy of the new quote.
Or in the case of where there is an offer from admiral sometimes I think the incumbent insureer would actually log on and look themselves.
Give Chris Knott insurance a ring, just done mine and they were cheapest.
Last time I tried, they said it was an online discount and they couldn't match it, so I should just take out a new policy. 🙄
