10 days ago I drove into a car - it was a very small nudge and I couldn't see any damage on the other person's car (and I took some pictures, although it was very dark so I could have missed minor damage). She didn't get out of her car (was rushing off somewhere) but I did give her my phone number.

So I haven't heard anything at all - what timescale is reasonable for me to write off any subsequent claim of damage (for example if she subsequently damaged her car, she could claim it was the damage caused by my stupidity.

I don't think you can write it off, but she would have a job claiming any subsequent damage.

As above she has 3 years to pursue an injury claim against your insurance company and you, some injuries dont show until a new holiday/kitchen/wedding is planned.
