Iirc you have a nice V70 T5/R.

Any idea what a new exhaust manifold is going to set me back?

Im trying to budget for the 2010 race season and various bike purchase but i should really fix the ovlov...

Mines a rarer beastie than a T5...! It's a V70AWD-T. Slightly less loony tunes than the T5 and T5R, but the AWD makes it lovely!

Oh, and T5Rs rock...especially the old shape CustardWagons!

If you're buying and fitting parts yourself, try http://www.gsfcarparts.com/

For service, whereabouts are you? I use either www.carpenters.co.uk or King's when I'm in the country.

Im West Midlands based but i need various bits doing and i'd like to find a regular garage i can trust.

Also it needs to be cheap as i want to race DH this season and the age old fly needs some TLC!

Have a look at http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/ to see if there are any reliable local specialists near you.

Worth looking at a main dealer if you have a high milage one, as they do a really good deal on service and parts for them.

oh I'd love an AWD Ovlov, my dear old 850 GLS (facelift v70 style) is still a great old barge though 🙂

Is 152k high mileage for an Ovlov?

Needs some tlc - fairly major oil leak which needs the block cleaning to locate, new exhaust manifold and some brake work (nearly too imbalanced to pass MOT)

Just about run in!

Qualifies for the high miler discount, so try a main dealer first.
