Look for a mainly off road (fire roads is fine) route to run that is relatively easy to follow, is between 6 and 8 miles, starting and finishing at Birches Valley. A few hills is fine, but not loads.
Any suggestions?

The old blue cycle route? Think most of the markers are still up. It's all fireroads.

As above, they have 5k and 10k running routes marked now I believe

There are 4 marked running trails now - there's a map at Birches Valley showing them.
Also as a bove you could do the old blue, which if you do a full loop would be about 10 miles
