[Closed] Can you paint/recolour a upvc internal window sill

Window is a bow with an internal sill about a foot wide and 5ft long - gf wants to alter colour (from dark to light) - any ideas on if anything would actually work and produce a decent finish

Should be easy enough to replace.
Probably only held in place with adhesive, with finishing beads to the sides.

Find a replacement part in the DIY shop.
