And find out who they are regestered to?
Am guesing not if they are pay as you go phones
Im having a bit of agravation with a couple of chaps at the mo, and they won't answer the numbers I have for them
Any way I can reach these chaps apart from these phones?

No. Not that I'm aware of, unless you're the authorities I suppose. IF you're having that much trouble maybe they can help you.

As above, the Police and a few other official bodies can apply, under certain strict criteria, for subscriber details under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act but it must be for the investigation of crimes of serious violence or high financial value. It may still be worth speaking to them though if your issue could do with their involvement as the Police may have other information about these two. But if they have, they're not going to give it to you for you to contact them unfortunately.
