CHB - MemberBoys...why dont you either play nicely together or exchange skype details and take your bickering off forum.
That's no fun because you cannot multi-task with that (have to answer quickly) ...while posting on the forum allows you to watch TV and think about it before you reply or you can always make a cup of tea while waiting for others to reply. (a pot of tea for me)

I think you miss the point of using a forum ... take you coat please ... door that way. ๐
p/s: online chat may also end up with the awkward silence ... like first date when you run out of words ... for two grown up men ... hmmm ...
Fair point, but at least they could make it funny if they are going to descend to insults.
perhaps I should start my own thread....
Good point don simon - you own this thread.
You have a row with whoever you want mate - don't let anyone tell you how to behave on your own thread.

I think it not there yet but is slowly creeping towards the Nancy boys handbag territory ... ๐
Do folk actually "own" a thread? They might start it, but there is no ownership (classifieds excepted perhaps, or requests for specific info).

ernesto, I appreciate you popping in but I think you're needed over here again.
I appreciate you popping in but I think you're needed over here again.
Sorry mate. 'Twas most impolite of me to go onto your thread without first being invited. Please forgive me.

Slight hijack ...
Now you are being a bit anal by asking detail of non-related stuff ...
The topic is Can we please stop striking?
One school argues that ...
Union is in deep shite so need to bow to the inevitable or the result is that they need to feed grass to the family to survive.
The other says ...
Union is where the world is built on ... without Union we rob you by claiming benefits ... that will learn you.
My view ...
Put you lot to hard labour Dear Leader style ...
๐
In that case then I am withdrawing my labor from this thread for the evening.
(But not striking).
Or point three that a union when not being greedy can actually benefit themselves, the employees, the employers and the local community as a whole. ๐
But that doesn't seem to be a popular view... ๐

Yes, that is ideal ...
But I am afraid old habits might die hard but let's see and so far I am happy for them.
Just to momentarily contribute to the thread before I go back to being grumpy- "Can we please stop striking", are you under the impression that we're crushed under the weight of strikes as it stands?
But I am afraid old habits might die hard but let's see and so far I am happy for them.
I guess this is why I'm called a troll, some people don't want the old habits to die. This simple fear of changing the status quo is a major problem.
Perhaps if a few more thought like the Redcarians we could begin to dig ourselves out of this recession.
