We had subsidence in the past (mid 90's) due to a leaking water pipe. All fixed and underpinned by insurance at the time. We also have quite a few bikes, which we would like insured if possible.
My husband says we can't easily switch companies, but I think the £800 per year we pay is waaaaay to much. We have a 1930's semi in norwich. Up to 9 bikes insured upto £2500 each at the moment. Happy to have this reduced a bit though....
Anyone got any advice?
Thx

Although £800 for previous history of subsidence and £22,500 of righ risk items sounds like a complete bargain to me, having just trawled the Internet for 3 evenings solid to try and get a quote to replace M&S
So not that bad after all? I thought subsidence should not matter as it was so long ago and not due to area, but water pipe. Also, we only have a couple of bikes worth 2500, others not very much at all.
Was hoping to end up paying more like £400.
Perhaps I live in a dream world after all.
