Hadn't even heard of this until tonight - supposedly the 'follow up' to Green Wing.
Pretty funny in an esoterical way. Odd characters and zany dialogue = chuckleville.
Anyone else watching?

I work in a university - and surprisingly some of this is ringing true...

Chuckling a lot. It's on a bit late for a work night though. Have set record for next time.
Some properly OTT characters, especially the Vice Chancellor who's some kind of depraved David Brent megalomaniac.
I loved Green Wing. Can see the same type of humour coming through.
Whether it'll turn out better or not I don't know but I'll be watching again next week to find out.
It's got that kind of humour that a lot of people just don't get which I quite like 🙂
Last night's seemed like a repeat of the pilot from last year, which imo doesn't bode well, as it would imply that they thought nothing needed changing from the pilot.. It just seemed like a poor copy of green-wing. I understand that some of the same writers were involved, but maybe not the good ones. I laughed a couple of times, but not as much as I'd hoped for.
Still, it's early days.
I loved Green Wing but got bored of this after 10 minutes and turned over.
