We recently used 247 blinds. We bought a few Venetian blinds - the slats are quite thin but overall the blinds are great.

Wooden Blinds Direct are a great company. Did every window in our house from our measurements without one cock up.

Web-blinds.com were good. Follow the how to measure guides and it'd be hard to mess up.

We looked at loads, and then bought (oversized) from Ikea; then trimmed to size. As long as you follow the cutting instructions, its pretty easy - and for us worked out a lot cheaper.

I like the look of some of those thermal blinds (eco2), they seem to be offering an energy saving of up to 12%.
*is impressed*

I'm closing this thread as it's a spam magnet.
