So, having finally got on the housing property ladder in the UK, we find ourselves in a good situation in terms of finances.
I have guys who work for me in krakow and having visited the place I really like it. My questions are around how I woukd go about buying a flat in the krakow old town.
How do I do this in a wy thay lock in my payments in GBP, an I buy the place in GBP, or would I need to hade my purchase with some sort of swap?
Are there many companies I can use to return a standard rental income?
Nope no way to lock in gbp payments, "some sort of swap" not feasible for private buyers. Do not borrow in £s to buy in €/Poland. Get a local mortgage covered by rental payments locally. You convert your deposit at today's rate and hope for the best, thats the least risky. Note I have no idea if that sort of buy-to-let loan is possible in Poland givdn you the owner at not resident
