I bought a Seiko snk805 from them the other day. Had an email a day later letting me know they don't have it in the warehouse and it'll take 3-4 weeks to come from their warehouse. I've no idea when or if it will turn up but I'm going to wait and see.
I bought a citizen eco drive toward the end of last year. Shipped quickly but got stopped at post office and I had to pay import, which lessened the saving.
Hmm this is an eco drive I'm looking at, saving is over 60% on a £330 watch. Worried if something goes wrong with the eco drive movement though I'd have no support in the UK.
