Seen a ideal house for me and the new wife to set up home. Just wondered if its the done thing for current owners to leave curtains carpets and a few trinkets etc?

They did in ours

First thing i did was rip them all down

Followed by all wall paper and floor coverings

Then scrub with sugar soap.

there's no standard. some do some ask for cash extra. just make sure it's in the contract either way. same for blinds, shades, even sometimes fittings...

Looks just how I'd imagine your house to be clubber, but just a bit plainer. 🙂

350k ? For a first house? Are you a footballer or is your Dad a beatle?

That's truly a thing of beauty, the time and love the previous owners have put into it, I can only hope they're moving on to larger premises which will allow them to fully realise their artistic dreams.

Is that in a particularly good area of Liverpool? if not even if you try to ignore the horrific decor and furnishings how can it be worth £350k

Wow - that house puts the one we were looking at to shame - New House.

I really liked the colour scheme in the lounge & bedroom.

One wonders if the OP really IS in the market for a new house, or is simply raising our awareness to that beaut.....!

That's a beaut, I'd move to England for the pure joy of living in that house. Is Mrs Bucket included?
