I went to get bike out this morning and I can’t find the key to the gate that leads to my Asgard shed. Had to take the road bike out as failed to get the Capra over the gate with step ladders.
how do I get the lock off to replace it, without destroying the gate?
What kind of lock? If it's a padlock then decent bolt croppers, an angle grinder or a Dremel
Unscrew the hinges?

Drill just above where the pins pop out
