[Closed] building an exterior door (to be sliding, not hinged)

Just wondering what the wood people here would do.. i need to create a sliding door for the back bit of our car port so we can securly stock our bikes etc etc in there..

I have found the chariots and the necessary rails and bottom guides for the sliding door mechanism..

But i need to creat a door that i can then router into to house the lock, and also drill the 18mm holes in the top for the chariots to screw into..

A batten type door? I have tried to find an off the shelf door here locally (in switzerland) but its not too easy..

any tips or ideas welcome! Ta.
