Does anyone understand them? I seem to be paying way too much!!!!

obviously no-one unerstand the complex form of charging that appears to be designed to confuse users, and thereby allow BT to charge what they want!!

their bills are a bit confusing.
Its not always clear for what period youre paying line rental (theyve changed the name of that now too), and what the cost of the broadband service is. I then get charged for each GB over a certain amount I use...
one day Ill get it sorted 🙂
