Very interesting, anyone registered?

Will be moving house in a month or so and would be pretty tempted. I hate BT and haven't had any good dealings with them, but would probably be prepared to sell my soul in return for football, rugby and motoGP. And the infinity service looks like its pretty quick and not too badly priced.
The infinity service is pretty good, but the "free" sport is with BT TV, not BT Infinity and BT TV isn't free.
@gonefishin - On SKY: You don't need to be a BT customer – but if you have our broadband, it's FREE
You saying that doesn't say what it sounds like it's saying??
Pay attention to the not so small print under the football.
The bit that talks about £12 per month if you're not a BT Broadband customer?
Judging from the regular threads about BT's sub-French 'customer service' ethic, and Laurel-and-Hardy levels of utter incompetence, entering into any contract with them would be an almost comically bad idea

Its a shame really as the adverts are great. They've had me gripped for a while now. Ratcheting up the tension with each new installment, so you feel a real connection with the characters. I wonder how the geeky one will get on on his date? Can't wait to find out!
😆 @ binners
Perhaps, like the last BT ones, he will get her pregnant by mistake 😉
I bet the little tosser will video the whole Electrophobia gig with his phone held up in front of someone and stream it back to his housemates.
Just noticed red bull media house content too, mtb movies hopefully.
This is confusing the hell out of me!!! I have BT Infinity but no BT TV or Sky, just 'regular TV'.
If I want to avail of this 'once in a lifetime offer' (I do), would I need to buy BT TV in order to watch the footy? Or could I watch on the laptop without having to pay anything extra?
cb,
To watch the BT sport channels, you'll have to install some BT sport player software on your laptop. Thats it.
Cheers
Ade
Thanks Ade
Mmm… Football is not Sport its entertainment

Appears to say you still need to "register" somehow for this, but when you click on the link it takes you to the BT TV page. Most annoying. On the other hand elsewhere it suggests you'll just need to enter your bt account number into the application.
Edit: forget all that, just me being an idiot and not reading the text properly. The latter seems to be the case.
Yeah, I've given up. Tried logging into my BT account. No player to be found, all links take you back to an ad trying to sell you a box.
Hope this doesn't go the route of On/ITV digital, still studied well for spectacular business model failure...... 🙂
Don't think the app as launched yet. Start of next footie season?
Thinking of switching to BT for my son to watch pooball. Currently with zen having priced up the BT offer I'll still be cheaper. However I can't get fibre due to the shit wiring that was installed in 1992.
So am I right in thinking ill get it via the tv box that is "free", how good or bad are BT to deal with. Zen are flawless so kinda loathed to leave, but I'll be getting more for less £.
