Driving me nuts - bt email account was hacked last week so had to go through changing password/security questions etc. On pc, laptop etc bt emails send/receive fine but on iphone 5 (despite following exactly the right instructions), bt email account receives emails but won't send which is a pita when out and about. BT say it's an apple issue, apple say it's a bt issue...It worked fine before password changes.
All the info I can get via google just says the settings I'm putting in already, but no obvious fix. Anyone know how to sort the sending of emails bit on iphone for a simpleton? ta
Delete the account from the phone. Then put it back on. Its a Yahoo account.
