Sorry to raise such a boring problem, but I have satellite TV from Sky and I've just asked them to install a phone line and broadband.
They say they won't install broadband because the cable won't support 1mb. Open Reach don't seem to want anyone to speak to them, they insist you deal with your provider, but as I don't have a provider, I don't know who I can talk to to find out if and when the line will be upgraded.
Anyone any ideas?
