Anyone have one of these. Anyone know how to turn the heating on, like an override. Log into the a/c and it tells me that my thermostat isn't speaking to them.

I've got one and you can override the system from the grey buttons on the thermostat

Just had this - batteries were on the way out and it wasn't connecting

Apparently I need some sort of signal booster which is free upgrade.

Yes I've got signal booster but it worked fine without it, try the batteries
