Anyone ever managed to use the BC rewards hub?
The BC website is infuriating... Round and round from the Dashboard to the Member benefits link on the side, which prompts a login, which takes you back to the dashboard etc.
Is it just me?

Ah cheers, I hadn't seen that. Assumed it might be something like that as it keeps flipping from the old style dashboard to the new style.
Yep, there's a massive (and very much needed) website overhaul going on at the moment but naturally half of it has fallen over.
I've just been through something similar renewing my membership.
Used it about 3 days ago to get a 25% off code for Oakley
I seem to have been downgraded to supporter membership in the website upgrade. Though the image on my membership page shows the right tier. BC have ignored my requests for help. Do I stump up the extra I have already paid to "upgrade" so I can get a license or just sack off plans to do any races that require it?
