Is it just mine? Not getting a code through

I had that problem 2 weeks ago, tried 3 or four times over 3 days and got no email response.
I sent them a message on Facebook and FB messenger and someone got back to me within the hour and sorted my code.
Remember to save it somewhere too as it's your personal multi use code for this year 😉
