Hi,

I try my best to work out which bus I should take to go from Bristol Temple Meads station to Argos Cycles. I found the nearest bus stop to the workshop, St Annes, but not sure of the number for the bus. The best I found was 36, but it does not pass via the train station. Any suggestion? probably I have to change somewhere. From the train station, which any bus numbers can I take to join the nearest bus stop for 36?

Cheers for any help,

Gilles

bottom bracket shell worn out (drive side). TT cycles told me they can't fix it, has to be Argos. I heard that they are pretty good!

I wont suggest combining it with a visit to Ashton Court then. How far is it? I have friends who walk from TM to the university and Floating Harbour areas every morning.

transportdirect.info is your friend. Search a route between locations by 'public transport'. I've found it very good indeed.

Bus? Seriously? It's not far to walk, under 2 miles. Could be an PITA if you've got to carry a lot though.

You could walk it - it's 1.5 miles:

otherwise number 36 (blue line heading down and right from Bristol City Centre) and stop just after you cross the river/feeder. You'll probably have to walk to the bus stop to catch it though.

The busses down that way are terrible! Expensive and take for ever. TBH you are probably as quick walking- it's only a mile or so.

or get a taxi - won't cost a lot for 1.5 miles with little traffic.
