The humble park keeper.
After suffering verbal abuse from a group of youths at the weekend, when teaching my young nephew to ride his new bike in the local park. The group of several lads and 2 girls, all in their late teens would have benefitted from an old fashioned clip around the ear hole by a no nonsense park keeper,it would have been a sight for my sore eyes.
They'd thrown all their empty cider and vodka bottles all over the grass. Then moving over to a childs soft play area continued to smash the remaining bottles.
The councils probably don't have the money anymore and rely on volunteers to sort out the mess.
