Need to buy some t-shirts, but I'm looking for ethically sourced stuff, that fits well, with some bike related designs that will last a couple of seasons at least. I've had a look at Alpkit, but they've not got anything I like in stock. Any recommendations please STW?

Intrepid Apparel
Broken Riders
Trail 42
Whackjob...

No experience of any of them, other than Intrepid shorts though!

In my experience

that fits well
and
Howies?
are mutually exclusive, unless you have a very large neck and long body/slim chest, which I don't. Their t-shirt sizing has been awful for about 7 years, previously they were my preferred t-shirt brand. It has been about 2 years since I had any of their shirts though.

I ordered a cardigan from Howies and it looks like it was made to fit a man/kangaroo hybrid.

I met the Whackjob guys in Afan a couple of years ago! I will check out their kit. Thanks for the recommendations so far.

Patagonia make my favourite T shirts - long-ish in the body though (which I like).

Morvelo ones also really nice, similar slim-ish fit.

So, 9 months later I find myself looking for more t-shirts. Any new recommendations? I've checked out the ones suggested by the posters, but not seeing anything in the new collections from them I like.

I would have said Howies but I find their sizing hit and miss too. I have 2 polos from them, one large and one medium. I've had others but they've gone back

Trousers are sized well though, as are the jackets and windshirts

Check out finisterre

Their t-shirt sizing has been awful for about 7 years, previously they were my preferred t-shirt brand.

+1

Last jacket I bought from them seemed to be designed for a 5'9", 34" chest, 50" waist person. Most bizarre clothing cut I've ever come across.

My experience is the same with them.

Unless they are making clothes for man/kangaroo hybrids (Mangaroos?).
