So when the very rude guy who has already had a go at my fiance calls me back later - given that he has already made it clear that he doesn't care they mucked up my order and won't be offering any refund - shall I just lay in to him for 5 minutes until he is in tears or hangs up, with as many anglosaxon expressions as I can fit into the time available?
Or do I breathe, allow my blood pressure to drop a little and get on with my day?
EDIT: *Dear Mods - I love that ****ing is against the rules but calling someone a "handshandier" is fine... that improved my mood...
