Is anyone using anything which they would recommend?
Gym is closed and I would like to do something on days which I don't cycle.
Cheers,
Mick
Check out the Nike NTC app.
Zenlabs have some 30 day programs; plank, squat, press up and sit up.
what equipment you got?
basic routine would be variations on:
pull up
push up
squat
dip
I've a pull up bar, with trx straps on it, and a plyo box.
can vary the pull up position, and with the plyo box can do incline/ invert push up variations.
and jump on the box...

I can recommend Freeletics from personal experience. I still do some of their workouts to mix things up occasionally.
The Adidas one looked OK and there were no fees during lockdown
Does it have to be an app?
Loads of videos on the youtube for you to play along with, I do some yoga like that, pick one which looks about the right level and about as long as I want to spend doing it and go for it.
I find it much easier/more motivating doing that than just doing my own thing
Bit like how Sufferfest is better than just sitting on the hamsterwheel on your own
I'd second the YouTube suggestion.

Loads of great info, programs and progressions here.
